Currently, we are available only in India. therefore we only accept Indian Rupees.

Orders and shipments

1) I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. In case you face any issues or problems, please feel free to call our customer care or email us at [email protected]

2) Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.

3) The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

4) What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges depends on the product you wish to  buy.

5) Does Sourus deliver internationally?

Not yet, but we will soon be available for International shipments.

6) Why does the estimated delivery time vary from seller's to seller's?

It depends on seller's store location.

Accepting payments

1)What methods of payment can customers use?

 Apart from Credit and Debit Cards, we also accept payments by Internet Banking (covering 44 banks).

2) What is a merchant account?

A merchant account is a type of bank account that allows businesses to accept payments in multiple ways, typically debit or credit cards. A merchant account is established under an agreement between an acceptor and a merchant acquiring bank for the settlement of payment card transactions.

3) What is a payment gateway?

Payment gateway provides a platform for various payment options. It is a secure way for all types of online transaction.

Returns

1) I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Seller will generate a pickup request to FedEx/Aramex service, you will be notified by SMS, you just need to pack your product in its original packing and wait for the pickup.
In case our pick-up facility is not available in your area and if you are using a courier service from your end to send your product back to the seller, you need to bear the courier cost at that time but it will be reimbursed to you once we receive the product.
A minimal re-stocking fee might be charged to the buyer for returns/cancellations to recover partial logistics/handling/packaging costs.
